Led by Max Crowther, Driven by Excellence
Max Crowther, our founder, has exceptional business acumen and a strong track record of success. He is an expert in designing, implementing, and managing workplace health and safety programs both in Australia and internationally. Max has led and overseen all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) for large-scale, multi-billion-dollar projects. His experience includes working with diverse, multicultural workforces and local communities in challenging conditions.
Over 3 decades of industry and HSSE experience
With over three decades of industry and HSSE experience across various sectors-such as marine, transport, heavy engineering, construction, LNG, chemical manufacturing, desalination, tunnelling, resources and telecommunications – Max brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
